Colby College Fall Meeting:
Thanks to Patricia Crandlemire Murphy and the Colby facilities team, for arranging a great meeting, October 22 & 23. A large gathering enjoyed two days of great programs, built around the theme of "Staying One Step Ahead" Meeting friends and networking was the best, especially with a good turn out of chapter retirees. The fall weather was exceptional which made the pleasant Colby setting that much more enjoyable. A really great meeting. Thanks to the Colby team.
St Michael’s College Spring Meeting
Dave Cutler and staff will host the NNECERAPPA Spring 2008 Conference at Saint Michael’s College, Colchester, Vermont, on Thursday & Friday, March 20 & 21, 2008. The theme of "Training the Team" highlights many of the programs that will provide insights into how Saint Michael’s Keene is developing, operating and maintaining its facilities. The four-track program will include educational sessions featuring grounds, custodial operations, mold remediation and front line management. Future Chapter Meetings
We are looking forward to seeing you at the spring meeting. If that is not an option, keep in mind that the meeting schedule will include spring and fall meetings in 2008/2009. Specific meeting locations are now being worked on and will be announced shortly. We do know the location of the fall 2009 meeting.
Portland 2009 ERAPPA meeting:
NNECERAPPA is hosting the fall 2009 ERAPPA Regional Meeting in Portland, Me and has selected Portland as the site of the meeting. The Holiday Inn – By the Bay will be the conference hotel. Dan Gearan of Saint Joseph’s College and Gordon Cheesman of Colby College are Co-Chairs of the Portland 2009 Host Committee, which is actively working on the event arrangements. If you are interested in being part of the Host Committee contact Dan or Gordon. The committee is working hard and would welcome help. 2009 is not that far away! The committee will provide a year ahead overview to the ERAPPA board at the fall ERAPPA meeting in Baltimore. Then it is a run to the finish.
