NNECERAPPA recognizes the that the organization cannot exist without the members that volunteer their time and effort.. Our members attend meetings, put on meetings, present educational sessions, write articles for our newsletter, and serve as officers and committee members. To recognize the long term commitment members have made to the organization NNECERAPPA has created a recognition pin program. Members are recognized for 5 years, 10 years, 15 years and 20+ years of commitment. We also recognize our Emeritus members with a recognition pin.
The Northern New England Chapter board uses the following process to recognize the chapters volunteers and supporters.
1. For full consideration, a complete on-line applications must be submitted forty-five days in advance of the next regular meeting.
2. A subcommittee, chaired by the vice president, will recommend to the board thirty days in advance of the next meeting their recommendations.
3. Pins will be awarded at the next regular Chapter Meeting
