One of the primary goals of NNECERAPPA is to promote the education of its members. We do this in a variety of ways; offering educational sessions at chapter meetings, the opportunity to network with peers and vendors, helping institutions sponsor APPA Drive-In workshops, etc…..

We also offer financial incentive to further member education. NNECERAPPA offers educational scholarships worth $2,500 to offset the costs for the APPA Facilities Management Institute and the APPA Leadership Academy. We provide scholarship awards for the registrations fees to the APPA Annual Conference and to the ERAPPA Annual Conference, and we will also consider other educational opportunities on an individual basis as well.

Once you decide to attend an education session, simply go to the NNECERAPPA Scholarship Information Page and follow the instructions. You and your supervisor will both have a few items to fill out (Hint: An updated resume will be useful). The application process is straight forward and will only take a few minutes.

The application process is managed on an ongoing basis. The scholarship committee (NNECERAPPA State Directors from Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont) meet routinely and recommend applicants to the board based on their application (Scholarship Information) with the intent of filling all scholarships by the chapter meeting prior to the educational event.

The scholarship is a reimbursement process. If awarded, and upon proof of the successful completion of your educational sessions, you will be reimbursed for the amount of the scholarship.

We look forward to seeing your scholarship application and you at an educational event.
