We had a great turnout for our spring lunch at Billy’s Chowder House in Wells, ME. We had sixteen in attendance. I am glad everyone made it safely and assume made it back to your homes safely. In spite of the rainy weather, it was a very enjoyable lunch. It is unfortunate that we weren’t able to enjoy the water view on a sunny day.
Thank you to Anita Bailey the current Chapter President for attending the lunch and presenting Tom Binnette with the plaque recognizing him for his many years of service to the chapter. He certainly deserved the recognition as I believe the Chapter’s first business partner and all the years he attended and supported the Chapter through the Hilliard Company.
Our fall lunch will be in the Portland, ME area. I am thinking DiMillos but am open to other suggestions. I will let you know the location and seek dates that might work later in the summer.
